Banana {Blizzard} Bread

The south has finally gotten its taste of snow, but unfortunately, the Carolina coast is yet to see any. Despite the lack of flurries, freezing temperatures have induced me to stay inside and bake. I mean what better correlates with cold weather than a warm homemade treat {nothing!}.
For the {not so} blizzard outside, I decided to make simple and savory banana bread. A most definite crowd pleaser, sure to warm hands and hearts alike.
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Using a whisk, stir the flour, baking soda, and salt into a bowl. In a separate larger bowl, combine the sugar and butter, beating ingredients with a mixer. Separately add each egg, mixing well after each addition. Add the mashed bananas and vanilla. Finally, join the flour and banana mixture together, stirring till moist. Pour the batter into a loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for about an hour {at 350 degrees} and cool for 10 minutes before serving. Lastly, slice and enjoy!
{Many delicious banana breads include chopped nuts or chocolate pieces. Feel free to add any decadent additions to the batter before baking}.

Are you bananas for banana bread?
