Staying Hydrated

It is so important, especially during the summer time, to stay hydrated. It is recommended that you drink 8 glasses of water a day and that is no easy task considering the busy schedules that consume our summer. Personally, I am so forgetful of my water intake that lately I've noticed a drain in my energy. In order to stay on track, I'm committed to carrying a reusable water bottle with me where ever I go. Opt for an insulated bottle, such as a S'well. Mine has become my new bestie as it keeps my water cold for up to 24 hours.
