I am a connoisseur when it comes to avocados. You could put avocado on pretty much anything and I will eat it {most likely devour it}. As I am an avid breakfast eater, one of my favorite choices is avocado toast. It is such a simple dish and did I mention super healthy?! I take a slice of multi-grain or whole wheat toast, spread half an avocado, top it off with some scrambled eggs, and voilĂ ! Besides it tasting so yummy and being so easy to make, the greatest benefit is that my tummy is always satisfied and I am usually full till lunch!
