I don't know about you, but this summer heat is exhausting. Along with water, I opt for ice tea to keep me hydrated. However, lately I've been noticing that ice tea really isn't doing the trick. I felt like I had no energy, my face began to break out, and I honestly was just plain thirsty. I told myself that I would only drink water this week and so far I've noticed such a difference. I feel more motivated {actually exercising more}, my face has cleared up, and I am way better hydrated. I try to bring my S'well whether it's to work or running errands because I feel like it's necessary to constantly be drinking water, especially in this summer heat.
Is H20 your way to go?
