Christmas Cozy With Brickle Dip

One of my most favorite parts of the holidays is the excuse to splurge on the all delicious sweets that coincide with the season. We've all been there; the endless amount of treats inevitably leave us in sugar comas like no other (but so worth it, right?!). In honor of the holidays, my bestie, cBh, and I decided to cozy up in our christmas pjs to make our favorite recipe, brickle dip.

This sweet treat is super simple to make. All you need is:

1 8 oz block of cream cheese
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 package of toffee bits
2-3 granny smith apples

With a mixing bowl, add your ingredients. First, the block of cream.

The sugars go in second.

Then, the vanilla extract.

Mix everything together till you reach creamy consistency.

Cozy pjs make baking that much better (definitely recommended).

Continue to mix and add the toffee bits.

Use a fork to fish out all the goodness stuck in the beater.

Granny smiths are delicious with the dip, but any crisp, tart apple will do!

Cut the apples into slices.

& cheers!

As you can tell, cBh and I share an affinity for stripes. I was so excited to wear my union suit- a definite necessity for the winter season!

This dip so yummy and don't say I didn't warn you, but so addictive! It's such a special treat during the holidays and I look forward to it year after year.

I hope you enjoy it just as much as I do!
