Last week, I was scouring my closet for outfits appropriate for the rather abrupt change in weather and being that I've yet to organize my spring stuff, my closet still exudes winter coats and sweaters. I managed to get my hands on a few shorts and sleeveless tops, but nothing says spring like a pair of white jeans. To be honest, I was super hesitant to wear them (I think I texted at least five people to make sure it was acceptable the night before). Memorial Day is indeed a ways a way, but being that I've worn my white jeans a handful of times during the winter, I thought what would it hurt to wear them on a day that was sunny and 75. If your unsure, I say go for it and skirt the rules this spring! In retrospect, I am so glad I did!
