10 Tiny Tweaks To Improve Your Daily Routine (& Life!)

I find my habitats are always in need of a little revamping, whether it be to drink more water or stress less. It's so important to check-in with ourselves and our daily routines just to make sure we are on the right track. This article has really inspired me to reconsider my habitats and improve myself by simply incorporating the following "tiny tweaks" into my daily routine. 



1. Before you go to bed at night, tell your brain, "Wake me up __ a.m."
2. Drink a liter of water upon rising.
3. After you brush your teeth, pause for a moment and smile at yourself.
4. Take walks.
5. Give thanks.
6. Do the most important thing you have to do first. 
7. Compliment someone.
8. Sweat.
9. Revisit your day, focussing on the good stuff. 
10. Read for a least 20 minutes a day. 

Pretty simple, right?! I could definitely use some more reading time, and will for sure be hydrating after I wake up for the ultimate energy booster.
