Phew, it feels so good to finally make it to Friday! This has felt like the longest week ever and the weekend could not come soon enough. I take my AP US History exam this morning (#prayersappreciated) and will have the rest of my day off. I have a pretty hefty agenda with my first to-do being my first job interview this afternoon. I'm really excited but super nervous, and have my fingers crossed, hoping for the best. I will be in full relaxation mode the rest of the weekend with a planned beach trip for tomorrow and a Mother's Day brunch Sunday.

I've been keeping hydrated thanks to my new Lilly printed tumbler. It seriously hasn't left my side all week and I feel so much more energized by consistently drinking water throughout the day. I've also been squeezing a slice of lemon for a boost of vitamins and delicious citrus flavor.

It feels so great getting back into consistent workout routine. With my workload dwindling down and summer right around the corner, I've never felt more motivated to set aside time to exercise each day. I especially love to wear a cute workout outfit because it actually gets me excited to get moving.

I appreciate a good salad and knowing me as a lettuce lover, my mom is always suggesting recipes she stumbles upon. I made for myself this delicious dish that features grilled shrimp, avocado, tomato and a homemade vinaigrette dressing. I love putting together a nutritious and yummy meal that will keep me full and especially focused through my exam studies.

Happy Friday!
