As I've gotten into a consistent routine of practicing yoga and attending barre, I'm more motivated than ever to stick to a solid workout schedule this summer. A yoga class I routinely go to emphasizes strengthening your core and I've become inspired to continue that workout off the mat. Lauren Conrad just recently shared this 30-Day Ab Challenge and while I'm not one looking to gain a hard core six pack, I think it would be fun to incorporate into my daily routine, really helping to increase tone, stability and balance.

What a great pair of running tights. Finding a quality pair of workout tights that are not between forty and fifty dollars is very hard to come by. Then finding cheaper tights that will hold up for run and run let alone the first ten minutes is even harder.
