TGIF

It was a pretty busy week considering it the start of summer. While I've been able to sleep in every morning (bless up!), every day I've had commitments whether it be ACT tutor, graduation festivities, or work. Yesterday was actually the first day of my summer job at our local Lilly boutique and I seriously have so much fun, I forget I'm even working! Despite the hectic schedule, summer is in full swing and I couldn't be happier!

The moment I saw these espadrilles I was in love. The colors are so fun and espadrilles are the perfect shoe to throw on whether your running errands, going out with girlfriends, or traveling. ConGRADulations! While today is my brother's official graduation, last night was a special ceremony to recognize and honor every senior from our class of 2016. It really hasn't hit me yet that he's set to leave in the fall, but luckily he will be joining the Wolfpack at NC State University and will be a quick 2 hours away. I'm so proud of all his accomplishments and am not sure how I'll make it through senior year without him.

Now that summer is here, I can finally get into a consistent routine with attending barre classes at a local studio. My mom goes religiously, but we love going together and have such a good time even if we are completely behind everyone else (which is so typical btw). It's such a great workout and I know it will help me get in shape for tennis in the fall.
