Best Breakfast Options

Breakfast, aisde from it being the most important meal, is probably my most favorite. There is something about missing breakfast that starts my day off on the wrong foot, and I am definitely one to get "hangry."  Breakfast especially becomes a priority once schools starts and the following are healthier options that keep me both full and energized.  

Nature Valley Protein Oatmeal
This is the ideal on-the-go meal. Oatmeal is one of the best breakfast options to keep you satisfied till lunch time and these definitely do the trick. They come with a little addition of granola to add a bit of crunch while also providing an ample amount of protein. 

Kashi Island Vanilla Whole Wheat Biscuits
Nothing beats a classic bowl of cereal. Kashi is one of my favorite brands with select organic products. These vanilla wheat biscuits are so good and super filling. I like to add slices of banana for that extra energy and flavor. 

Fage Greek Yogurt and Love Crunch Dark Chocolate and Red Berry Granola
Yogurt and granola are my go-to. Packed with plenty of protein, greek yogurt is my preferred and provides your daily dose of calcium. Love Crunch granola is my absolute favorite and they have a variety of the yummiest granolas ever (pieces of dark chocolate? I think yes!).
