Life Lately

Sorry for the MIA last week. It's seeming that the hustle and bustle of senior year is already starting whether it's studying for the SAT or writing essays or filling out applications. It's all becoming so surreal as the infamous October 15th deadline feels closer and closer with days dwindling away. I've been super busy with both travel and work, having little to no time to plan out blog posts; however, I'm planning to get back to my usual schedule starting today. Being it's been a while, here's a recap of what I've been up to lately. 

This summer has felt so on the go. I always feel the need to be active i.e. accomplishing to-dos, reorganizing, etc. While I binge on a few Netflix series here and there, I'm definitely the kind of girl that prefers to be productive. Last week, my agenda was more jammed packed than usual. I made time to meet with my college counselor, renovate my room, and road trip to Carowinds. As college seems to be the only talk nowadays, it was so nice to get away with friends for a day of rollercoasters and a bit of shopping in Charlotte. On the calendar for this week, I'm road tripping with my mom to Virginia to tour UVA and Richmond. I'm also officially scheduled for my interview with Wake Forrest for Friday. I couldn't be more excited to adventure to these college campuses and I can't wait to share with you my experiences.
