As if I needed another off the shoulder piece in my closet, this romper was too cute to resist. I love the pastel hue of blue and the stripes were obviously a no brainer. Not to mention, it was under $20! It is super comfortable and perfect for any occasion (i.e. this weekend's tailgate in Chapel Hill). I'm excited to pair it with riding boots for fall, but will cherish every last day of sandal weather till then. I also thought these pretty and pink tassel earrings were the perfect pop of color- they are seriously so fun!
