Hello Fall Collab: Recipe

In conclusion to our collab, Mary Kate and I thought it would be fun to share one of our favorite fall recipes. Definitely more so during this time of year, with the holidays approaching, baking is much more common in my house. My mom and I love to find delicious seasonal recipes, from caramel apples to white chocolate pretzels. Today, I'm sharing a recipe I recently found that requires no baking, is super flexible to your preference, and seriously so easy.

What you will need:
2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 medium bag of peanut butter M&Ms
3 cups of dry oatmeal

1. Bring to a boil the sugar, milk, and butter.
2. Remove from the heat, and add the vanilla extract, salt, and M&M's
3. Fold in the oatmeal and stir for 1-2 minutes
4. Use an ice-cream scooper to place the cookies on parchment paper
5. Sit the tray for about 15 minutes in the fridge to harden.

These no bake cookies are so yummy, and as I said, are really easy and totally flexible to what you like. I choose the peanut butter M&M's because they are a personal favorite and add that extra bit of sweetness, but feel free to experiment with your favorite sweets.

Don't forget to catch Mary Kate's fall recipe! Her banana bread looks to die for!
